Responsibilities include supervising Associates, analyzing expert reports, and creating Excel models. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of law are essential for success in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• CPA or CPA candidate or relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises subordinates in conducting duties.
• Analyzes opposing expert reports and summarizes differences.
• Creates and modifies Excel models and templates.
• Prepares Demands, Subpoenas, Special Interrogatories, and Requests for Admission.
• Performs economic, industry and financial research for BV engagements.
• Drafts business valuation reports.
• Researches relevant case law and statutory law.
• Completes complex forensic accounting engagements.
• Compiles reports to be issued by the firm.
