Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–6 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
• Experience leading admissions teams and recruitment strategies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of four admissions professionals to drive enrollment.
• Develop and execute recruitment, communications, events, and yield strategies for Specialized Masters Programs.
• Recruit prospective students through targeted outreach, events, and on-campus activities; some travel.
• Oversee SMP admissions processes including reading, interviewing, and scholarship committees; manage enrollment targets and budgets.
• Serve as liaison to cross-functional partners across Marketing, Career Development, and Student Life.
• Develop MOUs with universities and coordinate with Notre Dame General Counsel on partnerships.
