Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–6 years of relevant professional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of four admissions professionals.
• Develop recruitment and enrollment strategies for SMP programs.
• Recruit prospective students via phone, email, events; travel may be required.
• Read, interview, and evaluate applications; manage committees and enrollment goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners and manage MOUs with universities.
