Qualifications

• Degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) and five years of revenue experience including two years of supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of large group physician billing and government/payor billing rules.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides operations oversight of Revenue Cycle billing and collection activities aligned with strategic goals.
• Designs and implements measures to increase productivity and maximize cash flow.
• Assists in establishing short- and long-range billing and collections goals; updates policies accordingly.
• Reviews reports to spot trends and supports performance improvement; analyzes volume and source of activity.
• Ensures compliance with regulations, contracts, and billing policies; stays current on government provisions.
• Communicates payer guidelines changes to staff and monitors performance goals.
• Manages team performance through coaching and improvement plans; conducts quality checks.
• Ensures staff have tools and training to support revenue cycle functions.
• Promotes professionalism and collaborates with enterprise revenue cycle leadership.
• Duties may change; management reserves rights to modify responsibilities.
