Job summary

J.S. Held LLC seeks an Associate Director for Quantum & Forensic Analysis to lead damages and productivity analyses on live projects, supporting quantum experts and preparing expert reports.

The role requires strong client interaction, presentation skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach. Preferred candidates bring 8–10+ years in construction/accounting, an undergraduate construction-related degree, and advanced skills in Excel, Primavera P6, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering quantity surveying, or similar.
• Minimum 8–10+ years of experience in accounting or project management in construction/engineering.
• Fluent in English; strong client-facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead assistant to the quantum expert(s) on damages analysis and report preparation.
• Perform loss of productivity analysis, prolonged costs analysis, and scope change assessments.
• Prepare and present results to clients; manage client relations and deadlines.
• Develop and promote construction advisory services.
