Job summary

Secretariat seeks a Construction Quantum Analyst to join our global team in the United States. You will research and analyze large datasets and contribute to the quantification of cost overruns on major projects.

You will assist in drafting expert reports, build economic models, and collaborate with world-renowned Quantum experts in dispute resolution and testimony. Some travel may be required; authorization to work in the US is assumed.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Construction or Quantity Surveying field; master's preferred but not required.
• Experience writing Quantum/technical reports or willingness to learn.
• Familiar with construction cost management and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Research and fact-finding across technical and non-technical documents to identify key details for expert reports.
• Detailed data analysis of large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and overruns.
• Quantification of cost overruns and damages using project cost knowledge and analytical methods.
• Economic modeling to determine lost profits from delays and overruns.
• Case strategy support to help achieve desired legal outcomes.
• Support world-renowned Quantum experts in dispute resolution and testimony.
