Job summary

Rimkus Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Quantum & Delay group. You will focus on Forensic Delay Analysis and manage complex construction claims for clients worldwide, including insurers, law firms, owners, developers, and contractors.

Responsibilities include performing various forensic delay analyses on project schedules, producing detailed written reports, and coordinating with internal and external teams to deliver timely client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 2-5+ years of forensic delay analysis experience.
• 5-7+ years CPM scheduling and cost analysis experience.
• 2-5+ years analysis of construction claim damages incl. delay damages.
• Knowledge of building enclosure systems for commercial/high-rise buildings.
• Proficiency in P6 scheduling, MS Project, and Asta.
• Proficiency in 3rd party schedule analysis software.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience coordinating with internal/external disciplines.
• Experience on construction sites with project management tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform forensic delay analysis on project schedules and produce written reports.
• Conduct contract, change order, and damages analyses for complex claims.
• Research and analyze contemporaneous project documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate with team members to deliver client reports.
