Gilead Sciences Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, End-to-End Commercial Supply Planner to develop and execute global supply plans for commercial small molecule and biologics products. This role partners with regional leads to reflect demand signals in end-to-end plans using SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in supply planning or related field.
• Master's degree with 8+ years in supply planning or related field.
• PhD/PharmD with 5+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain.

Aufgaben

• Partner with regional leads to understand demand planning trends and incorporate inputs into global supply plans.
• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed supply plans across API, Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Finished Goods.
• Utilize SAP ERP and Kinaxis Rapid Response to test scenarios and manage demand changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external manufacturing sites to align production schedules with demand.
• Optimize global inventory positioning and enable informed allocation decisions during constraints.
• Engage cross-functionally with Commercial Ops, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance to support business objectives.
• Monitor key metrics and provide timely updates to leadership on supply-demand alignment.
