Qualifications

• Strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management within Data Centres.
• 10+ years' experience in construction with cost management in the data centre sector.
• Excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
• Able to build strong relationships with team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager, developing client relationships based on partnership and trust.
• Engage new clients and pursue repeat projects with existing clients.
• Oversee key strategic client projects.
• Apply cost management expertise to achieve project deliverables within contract performance.
• Negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with clients and contractors.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to drive performance and growth.
• Lead the team to deliver impeccable quality and client value.
