Job summary

Linesight is seeking an Associate Director to lead data centre cost management and client relationships in Dallas, TX. You will guide a senior team, drive business development, and oversee major client projects, ensuring delivery within contract terms and value targets.

You will lead by example, mentoring staff, negotiating complex contracts, and maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction in a fast-paced, globally active consultancy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in construction with cost management in the data centre sector.
• Degree in cost management or quantity surveying or equivalent.
• Chartered and ideally a member of the RICS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key account manager in the data centre team and develop client relationships based on partnership and trust.
• Use business development skills to engage new clients and repeat projects with existing clients.
• Oversee key strategic client projects and ensure value delivery.
