Linesight is seeking an Associate Director in Raleigh to lead seasoned teams and drive cost management for data-centre projects. You will act as the key account manager, cultivate client partnerships, and oversee major projects with a focus on contract performance and value delivery.

With 10+ years in construction and cost management, you will head client meetings, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Have 10+ years' experience in construction with previous cost management experience in the data centre sector.
• Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environment.
• Have experience in pre- and post-contract cost management within Data Centres.
• Have confidence to head up meetings with clients.
• Have a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveying.
• Are chartered and ideally a member of the RICS.
• Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
• Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.
