Job summary

IDEAYA Biosciences in South San Francisco seeks an Associate Director of Clinical Supply Chain to lead end-to-end management of clinical trial materials. This on-site role requires coordination with CMC, QA, Clin Dev, Regulatory and Program Management to ensure compliant supply planning, packaging, labeling, and distribution for global trials.

You will oversee external partners, vendor management, forecasting, inventory, and documentation for Trial Master Files, while ensuring timely deliveries

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or life sciences; certifications like APICS, CPIM, PMP desirable.
• 10+ years biotech/pharma supply chain experience with 7+ years in clinical supply.
• Experience with forecasting, inventory management, CTM, packaging and labeling, and IRT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead external partner management (depots, CMOs, couriers) for CTM availability.
• Develop and implement supply chain policies and continuous improvements.
• Prepare departmental budgets and address budget/invoice inquiries with Finance.
• Create/ revise Pharmacy Manuals and training materials per protocol requirements.
• Document IP supply activities for Trial Master File.
• Manage supply planning to align with study activity and timelines.
• Coordinate distribution of CTM to sites and depots; ensure regulatory compliance.
