Job summary

Corebridge Financial seeks an accomplished Associate Director, Annuity Product Management, to drive the successful implementation of annuity initiatives and support current products. You will be a product expert within the organization.

You will work with IT, legal, compliance, finance, sales, and marketing to ensure timely product delivery and alignment with strategic objectives. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Series 6 license required or held; licenses in annuity/retirement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annuity product initiatives from design to rollout across group and retail markets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, legal, compliance, finance, sales, marketing) to meet product timelines.
• Develop business requirements and product specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Serve as SME on annuity products and respond to technical and general inquiries.
