Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate accounting.
• Proficient in payroll, billing and financial reporting.
• Prior people-management experience is required.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency; ADP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll for multiple states and coordinate with Sr. Accounting Manager.
• Maintain payroll reporting, time tracking, and related journal entries.
• Review quarterly and annual payroll tax filings and 5500 testing.
• Oversee billing processes and revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP.
• Ensure audit-ready records and assist with fixed assets reporting.
• It is expected to support executive team, contracts and business development as needed.
