Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Senior Associate Director, Access & Affordability to lead the overarching program strategy for patient affordability across the BI portfolio. You will collaborate with TA leads to develop and operate affordability programs, including CoPay initiatives, and ensure alignment with contract strategies and GTN goals.

The role is on-site at Ridgefield, CT with hybrid flexibility of 2–3 days on-site, and requires deep experience in value and access, payer strategy, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years in Value & Access or payer roles.
• 8–10+ years in pharma with patient access/market access experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation of patient affordability programs across BI portfolio.
• Cross-functional leadership with PBM, Payor, Legal, Contracts, Brand, and more.
• Monitor market landscape and adapt pricing and access strategies.
• Present findings to senior leadership committees and drive strategic decisions.
