Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Senior Associate Director, Access & Affordability programs to lead strategy and operations for patient access across the BI portfolio. You will partner with TA leads to develop innovative co-pay solutions and ensure affordability in contracting and GTN considerations.

The role involves monitoring external landscape, leading cross-functional teams, and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree minimum with 8–10 years in value & access/payer roles.
• 4+ years of managerial experience leading teams or projects.
• 8–10+ years in pharmaceutical or healthcare with patient access/market access experience.
• Experience designing and implementing access & affordability programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory environment for manufacturers.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• US payer, managed care experience desirable.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead valuation of patient affordability programs for BI portfolio, aligning with channel strategy and GTN.
• Manage cross-functional teams to address co-pay issues at plan, PBM, state and national levels.
• Drive ideation, approvals and execution of co-pay program mitigations with PBM and payor partners.
• Stay current on market landscape, policy trends, and reimbursement dynamics.
• Ensure affordability programs are integrated into PBM contracting strategies and assessments.
• Oversee vendor contracts to protect BI and maintain consistent language across agreements.
