JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Manager to drive development and optimization by leveraging user research, metrics analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading financial services organization.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver features that meet customer needs, while maintaining a data-driven roadmap and a strong backlog with clear acceptance criteria.

Qualifications

  • Experience in product management or related domain with lifecycle ownership.
  • Ability to translate business needs into epics, features and stories with clear criteria.
  • Proficiency in gathering user research and market analysis for roadmaps.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and data literacy to inform decisions.
  • Experience with modern data platforms and UI catalogs.
  • Strong communication skills to align stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new product opportunities reflecting customer and market needs.
  • Plan upstream/downstream implications on product experience.
  • Support user research, journey mapping and market analysis for roadmaps.
  • Analyze product metrics across the development lifecycle.
  • Write requirements, epics and user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Manage Sprint Backlog, trade-offs and Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with tech, architecture, design and product teams to refine requirements.

Unleash your expertise in product development and optimization by leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across one of the world's most innovative financial organizations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
  • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development by working with Engineering, Design & other stakeholders
  • Manage Sprint Backlog, Trade-offs, Agile ceremonies & ensures n+2 sprint readiness
  • Partner with technology teams, architecture, design and Product teams refine requirements.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
  • Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria; maintain a transparent, prioritized backlog and delivery plan
  • Working knowledge of modern data platforms, UI catalog, and data quality tooling
  • Ability to transform business requirements at an epic level to strong technical requirements at a story level
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills; ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes and articulate trade‑offs.
  • Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Tableau, Splunk, and Jira
  • Perform discovery tasks to support overall product organization
  • Hands-on experience with Jira and agile product development/software delivery lifecycle practices
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
  • Domain expertise in Business Banking
  • Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes
  • Knowledge of Business Banking account opening and shopping flows and underlying services
