Jobot, a nationally recognized Am Law 200 law firm with a strong Delaware presence, seeks a senior litigator to join its Wilmington office. You will lead complex commercial matters, manage client relationships, and mentor junior attorneys in a collaborative, attorney-first culture.

The role emphasizes Delaware Court of Chancery expertise, leadership, and high-stakes litigation strategy within a nationally recognized practice.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience, with substantial time in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Superior research and motion drafting skills.
• Proficiency in taking and defending depositions.
• Trial and/or trial preparation experience.
• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills.
• Strong academic background.
• Must be admitted to practice in Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial litigation matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and related courts.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and other high-stakes filings.
• Take and defend depositions with confidence and precision.
• Participate in trial and trial preparation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients.
• Help develop and mentor junior associates on the team.
