A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced senior litigator to join its growing Wilmington office at the Senior Associate or Counsel level. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned Delaware practitioner to take on a leadership role within a dynamic, nationally recognized commercial litigation practice.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for a high-performing litigator who has built a strong foundation in Delaware Court of Chancery practice and is ready for broader responsibility, including direct client management, mentoring junior associates, and playing an active role in matter strategy and execution.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex commercial litigation matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and related courts
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and other high-stakes filings
• Take and defend depositions with confidence and precision
• Participate in trial and trial preparation
• Collaborate closely with partners and serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients
• Help develop and mentor junior associates on the team

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of litigation experience, with substantial time in the Delaware Court of Chancery
• Superior research and motion drafting skills
• Proficiency in taking and defending depositions
• Trial and/or trial preparation experience
• Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong academic background
• Must be admitted to practice in Delaware
