Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes in a law firm setting.
• Experience practicing before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court strongly preferred.
• Strong academic credentials and sophisticated legal writing skills essential.
• Excellent research, communication, and analytical abilities required.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to manage demanding caseloads.
• Active admission to the Delaware Bar required.

Responsibilities
