The ideal candidate will bring substantial Chancery experience, top-tier research and drafting skills, and a proven track record in high-stakes disputes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience, with substantial time in the Delaware Court of Chancery.
• Superior research and motion drafting skills.
• Must be admitted to practice in Delaware.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial litigation matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and related courts.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions and other high-stakes filings.
• Take and defend depositions with confidence and precision.
• Participate in trial and trial preparation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and serve as a day-to-day point of contact for clients.
• Help develop and mentor junior associates on the team.
