VZN LLP in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with 5–10 years of corporate experience, specializing in data center and digital infrastructure deals. You will be embedded with a single large developer client, structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions across its project pipeline in a hybrid setting.

This role emphasizes corporate, commercial, and financing work over land issues, offering the chance to lead high-value matters and coordinate with lenders and in-house teams

Competenze

• Active California State Bar admission (required).
• 5+ years of corporate and transactional experience.
• Demonstrated experience on data center, digital infrastructure, or energy transactions, preferably representing developers.
• Experience with joint ventures, complex commercial contracts, and financing transactions.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to own a high-volume, high-value client relationship with minimal supervision.
• Preferred: based in or near Los Angeles; large-firm or in-house infrastructure experience.

Mansioni

• Structuring and negotiating joint ventures, development partnerships, and co-investment arrangements.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts across the project life cycle, including power, equipment, construction, services, and capacity agreements.
• Supporting project-level and corporate financing transactions, including debt and equity.
• Advising on commercial structures and regulatory matters affecting energy, technology, and infrastructure projects.
• Managing deal timelines, diligence, and closing deliverables across multiple concurrent transactions.
• Coordinating with the client's in-house team, real estate counsel, lenders, and other advisors.
