Job summary

Firm Advice presents an exceptional opportunity to join a growing client in the global data center industry as an experienced transactional attorney. You will lead Joint Ventures and major transactions, partner with venture capital leads, and manage outside counsel to advance the company's growth.

The role is remote with monthly visits to meet the team, and offers a base salary from $250,000 to $325,000 plus generous bonuses, with a track record of developing attorneys and low turnover.

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission in the US.
• 6+ years of drafting and negotiating complex JV agreements.
• Experience with data centers, digital infrastructure, energy, telecom or other capital‑intensive assets is a plus.
• Experience supervising outside counsel and/or working with VC firms is a strong plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced, collegial environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Joint Ventures and major transactions for the client.
• Coordinate with venture capital leads and in-house corporate debt team to run deals—reviewing, structuring, and ensuring accuracy.
• Manage outside counsel on complex JV deals to support global growth.
• Review, structure, and judgment calls to enable the company’s growth in the data center sector.
