• 5+ years of corporate and transactional experience, ideally including time at a large or mid-size firm.
• Hands-on experience leading venture financings and M&A transactions.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run deals and client relationships end-to-end.
• Primary contact for founders, executives, boards and investors.
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including SaaS, licensing, and services.
• Coordinate with employment, privacy, and real estate teams on cross-practice matters.
