Job description

  • Assist senior executives with complex strategic projects including M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate partnerships, and divestitures
  • Build financial models using discounted cash flow analysis, public and transaction comparables, and build-versus-buy analysis
  • Draft executive-level memoranda, presentations, reports, and strategic materials
  • Perform comprehensive due diligence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess transaction opportunities and risks
  • Support transaction negotiations and structuring with internal and external legal counsel and professional consultants
  • Conduct industry and competitive research, including SEC filings and market reports
  • Identify attractive acquisition or partnership targets
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables across multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree with a major in finance, economics, business administration, science, or technical field
  • 1–3 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or management consulting focused on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, or strategic investments
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey analytical insights effectively to senior management
  • Extensive proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation development
  • Intellectual curiosity and demonstrated interest in the commercial real estate sector
  • Ability to work autonomously with a solution-focused mindset in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
  • Previous internship or project experience in real estate, finance, or consulting environments
  • Familiarity with financial statement analysis and valuation methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis tools and financial databases beyond standard Microsoft applications
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics, trends, and key industry players
  • Exposure to transaction management processes or M&A workflows
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex business challenges
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
