Job summary

Jobtailor in Minnesota seeks an experienced M&A and private capital advisory professional to drive deal work, lead multiple workstreams, and deliver client-ready materials. You will collaborate with analysts, attend deal team meetings, and deepen accounting and valuation expertise.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Demonstrated academic performance and prior work experience.
• Proficiency with Excel formulas, data validation, tables, and conditional formatting.
• Ability to build clear, client-ready materials in PowerPoint.
• Working understanding of income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet connections.
• Willingness to deepen accounting, valuation, and financial modeling expertise.
• Ability to identify trends in complex data sets using tools such as Capital IQ and FactSet.
• Comfort using and directing AI tools while retaining ownership of quality, accuracy, and judgment.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and tailor communication to the audience.
• Ability to work on-call, attend in-person meetings, and work long hours.
