Marquee Brands is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join the investment team in New York. You will contribute to all aspects of the investment process and collaborate with the operational team on business development and strategic initiatives.

The role requires a passion for consumer brands or services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with senior professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of top-tier investment banking program experience.
• Experience with consumer brands or consumer services is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Analyze and conduct due diligence on potential investments in consumer brands and services.
• Perform market research on consumer products sectors.
• Build financial models and conduct scenario and returns analyses.
• Prepare due diligence materials and investment committee memos.
• Assist in raising debt financing for M&A and business development initiatives.
• Draft acquisition documents (term sheets, asset purchase agreements, licenses).
• Develop and operationalize AI-based tools to support sourcing and deal evaluation.
• Monitor existing investments and support new business development.
