Marquee Brands, part of Neuberger, is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join the investment team in New York. You will analyze potential consumer brand investments and work with the operations team on business development and strategic initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in top-tier investment banking, strong financial modeling, and a passion for consumer brands and services. You will interact with senior professionals and contribute to deal sourcing and execution.

Competenze

• Must have excellent academic credentials (both undergraduate school and GPA).
• Must have 3–5 years of top-tier investment banking program experience.
• Ideally will have prior experience with consumer brands or consumer services, but not a must.
• Must have exceptional quantitative and financial modeling skills.
• Must have strong judgment, critical thinking and written skills; ability to articulate ideas effectively.
• Must show initiative and creativity in problem solving; demonstrated research experience.
• Must be highly organized and able to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Open to positions in New York.

Mansioni

• Analyzing and conducting comprehensive due diligence on potential investments across consumer brands and services.
• Performing in-depth analysis and market research on different sectors of consumer products.
• Financial modeling, scenario analysis and returns analysis on potential brand investment opportunities.
• Preparation of due diligence materials, analysis and investment committee memos.
• Assistance with raising debt financing in bank and broadly syndicated loan markets for M&A and business development.
• Assistance in drafting acquisition documents (term sheets, asset purchase agreements, license agreements).
• Development and operationalization of AI-based tools to drive sourcing and deal evaluation.
• Ongoing monitoring of existing investments.
• Supporting operations on high-priority strategic initiatives and new business development.
• Preparing fundraising materials and assisting with client requests.
