Qualifikationen

• Must have excellent academic credentials (undergraduate GPA to be provided).
• 3–5 years of top-tier investment banking program experience.
• Prior exposure to consumer brands or consumer services is a plus.
• Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and written communication.

Aufgaben

• Analyzing and conducting comprehensive due diligence on potential investments in consumer brands and services.
• Performing market research on consumer products sectors.
• Financial modeling, scenario analysis, and returns analysis on investment opportunities.
• Preparation of due diligence materials and investment committee memos.
• Assistance with debt financing in bank and broadly syndicated loan markets.
• Drafting acquisition documents (term sheets, asset purchase agreements, etc.).
• Development and operationalization of AI-based tools to aid sourcing and deal evaluation.
• Ongoing monitoring of existing investments.
• Supporting operations on strategic initiatives and business development.
• Preparing fundraising materials and responding to client requests.
• Conducting special projects including new investment products and strategies.
