Dagen Personnel is seeking a Senior Associate in Construction Finance for our client in Houston, TX. This in-office position requires strong analytical, communication, and financial management skills.

You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting on multi-billion-dollar capital projects. Benefits include full family coverage and up to $150K plus bonus.

A Bachelor’s Degree in finance-related fields and 4+ years’ experience are essential.

Dagen is recruiting a Senior Associate, Construction Finance for our downtown LNG client.

This is an in-office position. Benefits paid for 100% for family. Up to 150K plus bonus. Paid parking.

This position will aid the Construction Finance team in budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting and analysis of our multi-billion-dollar capital projects. You will effectively communicate results to senior leaders to enable and enhance decision making. This person will be based in Houston, TX or Arlington, VA

Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing budgets

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders within your business area, including project controls, construction, engineering, development, accounting and leadership, to gather data and align financial goals
• Continual process improvement to streamline financial processes, enhance reporting tools, and building financial models

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or relevant field
• 4+ years of experience in Finance, Cost Engineering, Project Controls, Accounting or related field
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative abilities, and understanding of key financial concepts
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex issues and present key details and conclusions
• Proactive problem solving mindset to achieve business and financial objectives
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Occasional travel to construction site(s) or Arlington office will be required
