Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Arlington is seeking a Senior Associate in Construction Finance to join the Liquidity & Finance Integration team. You will support project liquidity, GAAP accruals, and integration of project data into corporate planning in a high-visibility role reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities include managing term loan disbursements, building detailed cash flow models, coordinating with accounting, lenders, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in finance, project finance, or FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Manage term loan disbursement processes, including draw preparation, lender submissions, and compliance certifications.
• Translate construction progress and commitment data into GAAP-compliant accruals and balance sheet entries.
• Partner with accounting teams to ensure accurate and auditable financial reporting.
• Integrate project budgets and forecasts into consolidated company plans.
• Develop forward-looking financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Monitor contingency reserves and cost pressures; communicate implications to leadership.
• Help design and refine core reporting for the new function and connect project data to finance systems.
