Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Greenville, TX is seeking a Sr. Associate, Configuration Management to plan, manage and report on program documentation and data requirements. You will review and release technical data and interface with program management, engineering, contracts, quality and other functions.

Preferred candidates will have a US citizenship, ability to obtain DoW Secret clearance, and strong data-management skills using Adobe Acrobat and MS Office; on-site work with first shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with two (2) years of experience with data marking, formatting, and handling of documentation.
• Graduate Degree with zero (0) to two (2) years of experience with data marking, formatting, and handling of documentation.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of six (6) years of experience with data marking, formatting, and handling of documentation.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve or reject all formal program documentation, coordinating with contracts organizations, security, and customer regarding new or changing requirements, and integrating with program teams to coordinate deliveries.
• Act as a primary point of contact for program technical data, ensuring content creators follow data identification, marking, review and release procedures.
• Proactively identify data errors and ensure accuracy.
• Implement data control methodologies preventing process or system issues and ensuring proper standards for quality are maintained.
• Ensure identification, definition, implementation, release and maintenance of data items and SDRL and CDRL schedules are in accordance with program requirements.
• Enforce the protection of Intellectual Property.
• Provide guidance on internal processes and company policies to documentation creators.
• Create Configuration Status Accounting reports for the program.
• Perform Pre-Testing and Pre-Delivery Audits, including FCAs/PCAs if required by the contract.
• Facilitate a program level Configuration Control Board as required.
• Proactively monitor program budgets, schedule, and scope and report to management.
• Support ECP packages as required.
• Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and MS Office.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoW Secret Clearance.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
