Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in fixed income, CRE lending, digital infrastructure finance, project finance, or securitized products research.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills in fixed income math, credit analysis, cash flow analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Programming and data visualization skills preferred (Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with data centers, digital infrastructure or AI infrastructure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CMBS and digital infrastructure ABS/ABF opportunities across markets.
• Develop internal credit views on investments spanning conduit CMBS, SASB, CRE CLOs, data center loans, digital infrastructure financings, and AI financing.
• Build models, scenario analyses, and visualization tools for bond performance under varying assumptions.
• Assign and monitor internal credit ratings and risk metrics.
• Review documents, offering materials, and deal-specific terms.
• Monitor market developments and sector trends to adjust risk/return.
