Job summary

PGIM, a global asset manager, seeks an Investment Analyst to analyze CMBS and digital infrastructure investments and develop internal credit views. You will build models, assess risk, and support portfolio construction across traditional CMBS and digital infra sectors.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with CMBS, data centers, and related tooling, plus effective communication with portfolio managers and clients. Hybrid work in the NYC metro area supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–7 years in fixed income, CMBS or data center collateral with strong quantitative skills.
• Programming and data visualization skills preferred (Python/Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience with data centers, digital infrastructure, or related sectors is valued.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CMBS and digital infrastructure ABS/ABF opportunities across markets and structures.
• Develop internal credit views on investments including conduit CMBS and AI infrastructure financing.
• Build models and scenario analyses to assess bond performance under various assumptions.
• Assign and monitor internal credit ratings and monitor risk and return.
• Review transaction documents, offering materials, and deal structures.
• Monitor market developments and sponsor/borrower behavior affecting risk.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and traders to formulate investment recommendations.
• Engage with issuers, dealers, servicers, rating agencies, and trustees.
• Contribute to investment committee materials and client presentations.
