Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-7 years of fixed income, CRE lending, digital infrastructure finance, or securitized products research with CMBS or data center exposure.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills in fixed income math, credit analysis, cash flow analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Programming and data visualization skills preferred (Python, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience analyzing data centers, digital infrastructure, utilities, telecommunications, or AI infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Excel and handling large datasets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholders.
• Interest in capital markets, commercial real estate, digital infrastructure, and CMBS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CMBS and digital infrastructure ABS/ABF opportunities across markets.
• Develop internal credit views on various securitized assets.
• Build models and scenario analyses for bond performance under different assumptions.
• Assign and monitor internal credit ratings and risk factors.
• Review transaction documents, offering materials, and deal structures.
• Monitor portfolio and market developments affecting risk/return.
• Collaborate with PMs, traders, and research teams on investment recommendations.
• Engage with issuers, dealers, servicers, and rating agencies to source opportunities.
• Contribute to investment committee materials and client presentations.
