Senior Associate, Cash Processing/Funds Transfer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA. Join BNY's Treasury Services Platform Ops team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trade transactions and act as business validator by addressing flags, lead daily business and projects.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for training and technology alignment.
• Manage daily business requirements, ensure accurate trade transactions, perform quality checks and internal controls.
• Verify and monitor trade processing such as LC Issuance, LC Payments, Reimbursements, Advising/Confirmation, Discounting per client instructions.
• Assess exceptions, risks, and ensure effective control management.
• Coordinate with clients, client service office, and stakeholders to resolve queries or define solutions.
• Provide flexible support as needed, including round‑the‑clock monitoring.
• Handle management information and support team training and technology needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 5–7 years of total work experience preferred.
