This is a hands-on analytics and operations job embedded in one business area, such as growth marketing, product, AI and automation, or partnerships. The person owns the numbers for that area from start to finish: deciding which questions matter, pulling and reading the data, running experiments, and pushing teammates toward a decision. A strong candidate has a couple of years in consulting, banking, or a fast-growing tech company, works comfortably in SQL or Python, and can explain a tricky finding to a doubtful audience.
