This is a hands-on role for someone who moves from question to answer quickly. Our team works AI-first: we use AI tools daily to write queries, automate reporting and get insights into stakeholders’ hands faster. You will work closely with product, marketing and engineering, and you will be expected to bring a point of view, not just a dashboard.
What You’ll Do
Product Analytics
- Act as the primary analytics partner for product owners, shaping roadmap priorities with data
- Build analytical frameworks that help product teams make data-informed decisions on new and existing features, from pre-launch sizing to post-launch impact
- Turn ambiguous product questions into concrete analyses and clear recommendations
- Partner with product managers on event tracking plans and instrumentation QA so new features are measurable from day one
- Own A/B tests and feature experiments end to end: hypothesis, power analysis, readout and ship decision
- Raise the bar on how we design, run and learn from experiments across products
AI-Native Analytics & Reporting
- Use AI tools to automate recurring reporting and speed up insight generation
- Build self-serve reporting so product owners can answer their own questions without waiting on the data team
- Find anomalies and data integrity gaps, and fix or esc ... before they reach a decision
Communication
- Present findings to non-technical audiences in clear, concise narratives
- Proactively surface trends and opportunities instead of waiting to be asked
- Mentor other analysts and share best practices across the team
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics or a related role with consumer mobile apps or web products
- Advanced SQL: window functions, CTEs, complex joins and query optimization on large datasets
- Hands-on experimentation experience, including A/B test design, power analysis and statistical testing
- Strong product analytics fundamentals: funnel and cohort analysis, event data and instrumentation
- Daily use of AI tools in your analytics workflow, such as Claude, Claude Cowork or Claude Code
- Working knowledge of Python for analysis
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities; you take ownership from question through recommendation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent English and at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern business hours (remote roles)
