KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator to join our Business Enablement Transformation Office organization.

Responsibilities

1. Support Automation Anywhere - A360 infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
2. Collaborate with developers to resolve bot code issues and suggest automation best practices.
3. Manage and monitor Automation Anywhere A360 control room and client services daily, and report platform issues.
4. Identify and resolve infrastructural issues, including firewall, driver, MS Office, and application problems.
5. Perform scheduled maintenance activities, such as upgrades and patching.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent experience with support/configuration of Windows Server OS, Citrix/AVD, SDLC, scripting, MS tools, and development languages.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience supporting on-prem infrastructure, cloud platforms, or server administration preferred.
• Familiarity with application testing, defect management, change/release management, and escalation processes.
• Certified Automation Anywhere Infrastructure is preferred or obtainable within the first month.
• Knowledge of automation solutions and tools (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Ui Path, etc.) and SDLC is preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
