KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator to join our Business Enablement Transformation Office.

Responsibilities:

• Support Automation Anywhere - A360 infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve bot code issues and suggest automation best practices.
• Manage and monitor Automation Anywhere A360 control room and client services, reporting issues to support teams.
• Identify and resolve infrastructural issues such as firewall, driver, MS Office, and application problems.
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities, including upgrades and patching.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of recent experience supporting Windows Server OS, Citrix/AVD, SDLC, scripting, MS tools, and development languages.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with on-prem infrastructure, cloud platforms, or server administration is preferred.
• Familiarity with application testing, defect management, change/release management, and escalation processes.
• Certified Automation Anywhere Infrastructure preferred or obtainable within the first month.
• Knowledge of automation solutions and tools like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, UiPath, etc., with SDLC experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
