Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator

About the Role

KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate, Automation Engineer/System Administrator to join our Business Enablement Transformation Office. Responsibilities

1. Support Automation Anywhere - A360 infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
2. Collaborate with developers to resolve bot code issues and suggest automation best practices.
3. Manage and monitor Automation Anywhere A360 control room and client services, reporting platform issues.
4. Identify and resolve infrastructural issues such as firewall, driver, MS Office, and application problems.
5. Perform scheduled maintenance activities, including upgrades and patching.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience supporting Windows Server OS, Citrix/AVD, SDLC, scripting, MS tools, and development languages.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with on-prem infrastructure, cloud platforms, or server administration preferred.
• Knowledge of application testing, defect management, change/release management, and escalation processes.
• Automation Anywhere Infrastructure certification preferred or to be obtained within the first month.
• Experience with automation tools like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, UiPath, etc., and SDLC practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
