Job Description

To support our growth and tackle our clients’ toughest problems, we are seeking a Systems Administrator. If you enjoy solving problems and adding value, consider what your typical day might look like:

  • Deliver operational and project commitments to clients, collaborating with the client team as needed and as directed by the Client Team Lead.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients, exceeding their expectations.
  • Escalate support issues appropriately, communicating critical details and confirming acceptance.
  • Manage the integrity and security of clients’ data, servers, devices, and software to support their IT infrastructure.
  • Manage clients’ internal systems, including email and file sharing.
  • Implement and maintain Remote Access Systems (VPN, RDS, Citrix, VMware).
  • Manage and maintain phone systems (Cisco, Avaya, VOIP, Digital).
  • Administer security, ensuring all machines are protected and updated with Endpoint Security, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Anti-Spyware, etc.
  • Maintain domain policies, DNS, DHCP, and other integrated systems.
  • Keep client documentation current, including help desk tickets with detailed notes.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet client needs effectively.
Qualifications

We expect candidates to have:

  • 4-6 years of experience as a Systems Administrator.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Microsoft Associate Level Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
Technical Skills

Desired technical skills include:

  • Servers: Active Directory, Domain, SSL, Backups, Antivirus.
  • Network: Firewalls, Switches, Wireless, Voice, DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, Routing.
  • Computers: Replacement, printer installs.
  • Applications: Office 365, SharePoint.
