Qualifications

• Litigation experience required.
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational skills and time management.
• Familiarity with Ohio law, federal law, and related jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of own caseload across motor vehicle, business, consumer and insurance defense matters.
• Represent auto dealers and businesses in litigation and transactional matters as assigned.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and settlements.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
