You will handle complex matters, support discovery and motion practice, and collaborate with partners to drive results across commercial, class action, and regulatory contexts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm or comparable setting.
• Bar admission: Active Pennsylvania Bar preferred (or ability to waive in).
• Experience with complex litigation, commercial disputes, class actions, or regulatory matters preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including developing and executing case strategy.
• Conduct advanced legal research and draft high-level briefs, motions, and memoranda on complex legal issues.
• Prepare and file pleadings, complaints, and other litigation documents involving sophisticated legal claims.
• Manage all phases of discovery, including document review, production, and coordination in multi-party matters.
• Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and experts.
• Assist with hearings, oral arguments, and trial preparation.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and clients on high-impact litigation matters.
• Support complex commercial litigation, class actions, and regulatory matters.
• Provide clients with strategic legal analysis and case updates.
