Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience, civil litigation preferred.
• Hands-on drafting of pleadings and motions and managing discovery.
• Experience with trial preparation or court proceedings is valued.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a legal team.
• Billing expectations of at least 1,500 hours annually.
• Excellent communication and proficiency with legal technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution with guidance as needed.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct discovery, review evidence, and develop litigation strategies.
• Prepare for hearings, depositions, and trials as appropriate.
• Communicate with clients with practical legal guidance and updates.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver strong representation.
• Meet case deadlines, keep organized files, and handle billing expectations.
