Qualifications

• 3+ years of sophisticated litigation experience.
• Meaningful experience handling complex commercial, business, employment, or white-collar defense litigation.

• Experience with discovery and motion practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated commercial and business litigation from early case assessment to resolution.
• Develop case strategy and take ownership of assigned matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex factual and legal issues.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Communicate directly with clients and build trusted client relationships.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex disputes.
