BCG Attorney Search seeks a Mid-Level or Senior Associate Attorney for its Atlanta, GA team to support major national and international energy clients. The role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

The attorney will negotiate and draft complex energy project agreements, collaborate with partners, and manage a diverse workload with rigorous standards. GA or NY licensure and 3+ years in AMLAW100 are required.

Qualifications

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in GA or NY.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in AMLAW100 or large corporate firm.
• Experience in energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Strong project development background.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and close engineering services, equipment purchase, and EPC agreements.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on energy project development work.
• Support clients from early-stage developers to global funds.
• Manage complex energy projects and facilities transactions.
