Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level Associate Attorney to join the Energy & Infrastructure practice in New York, NY. The role focuses on M&A, transactions, and strategic projects involving energy and digital infrastructure assets.

Ideal candidate has 3–5 years of energy/infra M&A experience, a JD, and bar admission in NY, DC, or CA. You will draft, review, and negotiate energy-related agreements and support complex projects across utilities, renewables, and data centers.

• Bar admission in NY/DC/CA is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on energy and infrastructure M&A and related transactional matters.
• Support complex transactions involving energy assets and digital infrastructure.
• Structure, negotiate, and finalize agreements like PPA and related arrangements.
• Provide legal support for data center development, colocation power, and related projects.
• Conduct energy regulatory research and analysis of transaction structures.
