The role requires 7+ years in employment law with a track record in PAGA and wage-and-hour matters, plus a hands-on, trial-minded practice and a collaborative culture. Hybrid on-site in Beverly Hills.

The Role:

This is a senior plaintiff employment litigation role for an attorney who can independently oversee single-plaintiff employment matters while also leading and developing a team.

You will:

• Lead and manage a team of attorneys handling single-plaintiff employment litigation
• Oversee the full lifecycle of cases, from intake and case strategy through litigation
• Personally assess new matters, evaluate legal merit, and guide case direction
• Supervise pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal filings
• Oversee or directly participate in settlement discussions, mediations, and trial preparation where needed
• Collaborate with legal support staff, operations, and other departments to keep matters progressing efficiently
• Provide mentorship, training, and quality control across the team
• Work closely with firm leadership to improve departmental performance and support growth

Compensation

Base / total comp potential: up to $250,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Hybrid Flexibility

• Initial onboarding is fully on-site, followed by a regular hybrid structure in Beverly Hills.
