Job summary

Confidential Employer. in Los Angeles seeks a senior plaintiff-side employment attorney to own and manage complex employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, and wage disputes. This role offers hybrid work, significant responsibility, and direct client interaction.

You will draft pleadings, handle depositions, and coordinate with a litigation team to achieve favorable outcomes for employees with 4+ years of exclusive plaintiff-side experience.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• 4+ years of plaintiff-side employment law experience.
• Experience handling California employee-side claims.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and case-management skills.
• Ability to manage substantial responsibility with excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side employment matters with ownership and strategic responsibility.
• Represent employees in wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wage and hour, leave, and related disputes.
• Evaluate claims and develop litigation and resolution strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other substantive legal work.
• Handle discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediations, and other key stages of litigation.
• Communicate directly with clients and provide clear, responsive guidance.
• Collaborate with attorneys to maximize outcomes for clients.
• Help drive cases toward strong settlements and litigation results.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $275,000.00 per year
